OC Fitness Solutions, LLC is all about equilibrium. We understand life is ever changing and comes up fast. At OCFS we strive to incorporate the six essential components of physical fitness and balance those components with your life. The six components of physical fitness include: muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and stability. OCFS believes every individual should be proficient in all six of these components in order to succeed in the daily demands that life throws at us. If your exercise plan is not engineered to meet the six components and the wants and needs that you deserve, then it’s time to come in and get what you have been missing.
